Goalkeeper Radek Cerny started out with Slavia Prague, for whom he made 180 appearances before being farmed on loan to Tottenham Hotspur in January 2005.
With Paul Robinson the established No.1 at White Hart Lane, Cerny had to be content with a supporting role for the England keeper, but in January 2008 Spurs boss Juande Ramos opted for the Czech ahead of the former Leeds stopper in a crucial Carling Cup Semi-Final first leg tie at local rivals Arsenal.
The Czech international was a firm favourite with the Tottenham crowd, and is known for his excellent shot-stopping and distribution.
