QPR completed the signing of Fulham defender Zesh Rehman for an undisclosed fee in August 2006.
The centre-half put pen to paper on a three year deal at Loftus Road, but it proved to be a maiden season to forget to the Asian centre-half.
After a steady, if unspectacular, start at the heart of the Rangers' defence, Rehman found himself surplus to requirements under the guidance of John Gregory and was allowed to leave on loan in March 2007, linking up with former Club Brighton & Hove Albion.
Career
Rehman's professional career began at Craven Cottage, where he featured 30 times in all competitions, sandwiched between loan spells at Brighton and Norwich City.
Quiet, but self-assured, the Birmingham-born defender made his Fulham debut as a substitute in the 1-0 League Cup defeat to Wigan in September 2003.
A product of the Fulham academy system, Rehman made 27 appearances in all competitions for the R's last season.
